We would again oall the attention of the authorities to 1 fhe bad state of several of the drains in the Borough. The'drains on the'north side of Mary street,.and in Baillie and Queen streets, are not in such a good condition as they should be, and, if. something is not done, we may expect the number of fever cases to ikcrease. In Baillie street, at the juncture of Sealey street, there is a pool of water which is both offensive |o, the smell and dangerous to the health 'of the in that locality.
