London, February 4. Parnell and all his Adherents Expelled from the House of

Commons.

The debate on the Irish Coercion Bill was resumed in the House of Commons last evening. The Irish members again pursued the same course of obstruction, and much disorder prevailed. Finally, Parnell and all his adherents by the Speaker's order were expelled from the House of Commons, and the discussion on the measure is now proceeding quietjy. A great sensation has been caused owing to the expulsion of the obstructors.

In reply to the representation made by the Ambassadors of the Powers, the Porte has declined to state beforehand the maximum concessions which Turkey is prepared to make to Greece, Epirus, and Thessaly ; but is willing to negotiate in regard to the demands put forward by Greece.
