London, February 4. Parnell and all his Adherents Expelled from the House of
Commons.
The debate on the Irish Coercion Bill was resumed in the House of Commons last evening. The Irish members again pursued the same course of obstruction, and much disorder prevailed. Finally, Parnell and all his adherents by the Speaker's order were expelled from the House of Commons, and the discussion on the measure is now proceeding quietjy. A great sensation has been caused owing to the expulsion of the obstructors.
London, February 2. The homeward Australian mail, via Brindisi, was delivered here to-day.

London, February 3. Illness of Carlyle.
Thomas Carlyle, the well known author, is now remarkably ill, and his physicians hold put'no "hope of his recovery. TKe^ew-Zealand Loan and Mercantile AgentfyyiQpmpany report, under date London^ February 1: — Wool market, unchanged,; Up to date 173,000 bales have arrived. Trade in the manufacturing districts is unchanged. The wheat market is flat, Adelaide being worth 50s per 4961bs ; Victoria, 46s 6d per 4961b5.; and New Zealand, 47s- per 4961b5. The tallow market is firm, the best mutton being worth £37 per ton, and the best beef £34 10s. Leather market quiet. Best sides worth llfd.
Constantinople, February 3
In reply to the representation made by the Ambassadors of the Powers, the Porte has declined to state beforehand the maximum concessions which Turkey is prepared to make to Greece, Epirus, and Thessaly ; but is willing to negotiate in regard to the demands put forward by Greece.
