The report of the Gas Company for the second half of the seventh year shows a balance to credit of £1929, and recommends a dividend at the rate of fifteen per cent, 'per annum, carrying forward £804.- A reduction in the price of gas is recommended, and that 500 new shares be issued, thereby increasing the capital to £20,000.
