The Porte has sent a circular note to its repregentdtives abroad, requesting them to propose to the Powers that the latter should send delegates to the Conference at Stamboul, to negotiate 1 for the settlement ef the Greek- frontier question. The Porte desires that the conference should be held in lieu of, arbitration, as proposed by the powers.
