A report has just come in from Clive that a man named Oaldwell had met with his death. He was carting earth from a swamp,for Mr Lascelles, solicitor, and his mate found the horse and cart overturned- in a ditch at the ~ edge of the swamp; He got assistance and lifted the horse, and then Caldwell's dead body was found underneath;
