This day. Heavy "Weather. — Two Men WashecL Overboard. Arrived: City of New York. Mr Vesey Stewart is a passenger by her. She left December 21st, and experienced heavy S. and S.W. gales for five days. Arthur Simpson and David Silva were washed overboard and drowned.

Passengers for New Zealand : Messrs A. Hutchinson, Bull, Maurice, Stewart, Shier, Bromley, Grossbeck, Ferris, Baldwin, Smith and wife, Rutherford, Grant and wife, Mrs Wilson, Miss Wilson, and Brady. From Honolulu: Mr Buckley, wife, and three children.
