The business premises of Mr 3ecket, American importer^in Barrack street, were totally destroyed by fire laafc night. All efforts to subdue the flames were fruitless. Becket ordinarily slept on the premises, and, as he cannot now be heard of, it is feared he perished in the fire. Melbotjbne, This day. Arrived: P. and O.
