London, December 9. News has been received of another serious murderous outrage in Ireland. A bailiff while executing a decree for eviction of a tenant from a farm at Cookscown, in the County of Tyrone, was set upon by the tenant and his neighbour, his sympa* thiser, and murdered by them before he could escape. i Calcutta, December 9, I Frequent telegrams have come to hand I from Allalabad regarding the state of the Marquis of Bipon.
