Supreme Court. Charles William Ellison, alias Thompson, pleaded guilty to a charge of house breaking. He was remanded for sen* tence. The criminal sitting of the Supreme Court commenced this morning. Twelve cases were set down for hearing. The Chief Justice's charge to the Grand Jury was unimportant. With reference to the murder case, he reviewed the evidence which has already been telegraphed. He said the question was whether the prisoner was insane, druuk, or sober, when he committed the deed. This was net, however, a matter for their consider* ation. John Watson pleaded guilty to attempting to commit suicide. The Judge remanded him for sentence. Latee. The Opuaake Murder, r The Grand Jury hare found a true bill against Tubl for the Opunake murder. Ellison was found," not guilty." Baker was acquitted. . True bills were found against Adam Leitoh, for house breaking; and Ellison, alias Thompson for laroeny. Ellison's case is now proceeding. -
