(fbom a coebespondent.) Auckland, Last night. At a meeting of the Aroha Goldmining Company held this afternoon at the office of Mr F. A. White, the following gentlemen were appointed directors:—M. Yaughan, A. Porter, C. ,T. Stone, — Howard, — Nathan, and J. B. Whyte, M.HJL - This day. At a directors' meeting heli this morning, Mr Moore was appointed manager of the Aroha Goldmining Company. A. Porter and the Chairman of the directors will probably visit the mine next week.
