The Komata Road.
The following telegram was received by the Town Clerk to-day, in reply to sundry telegrams sent by him re the Komata Road. We sincerely trust that the efforts made will prove successful :— Wellington, This day. "I prefer my certainty to that of the . Borough Council, however, the Hon. Mr Whitaker has undertaken on his return to Auckland to endeavor to arrange for the construction of the road by County Council. I hope he may succeed.—John Betcb."
