DISTRICT COURT.

THIS DAY. 3 (Before J. E. Macdonald, Esq., District Judge.) HENRY ENDUES T. GERALD o'HALLOBAN. Claim, £58, goods and cash lent. The defence was that some of the items were denied, and as to balance that they were paid. Mr Dodd appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Miller for defendant. & It appeared that there were a number of other accounts between the parties, and the Court held that the plaintiff must either sue upon his whole account or must allow all monies paid by the defendant to go against the items sued for, and after some argument the plaintiff elected to take a uousmit, and sue for the whole account. Court adjourned.
