TE AROHA.
' This day. The manager of the Prospectors claim is still taking out good quality stone, many of the pieces showing gold in large bauds through the quartz. As the stone is taken out it is placed in bags and brought to the township. It is intended to take out a large parcel, Te Axoha No. 2.—The lease has been taken out for this claim, and MrT. Gavin appointed manager. A preliminary call of two pounds per share has been made, and work is to be systematically proceeded with. The Golden Gate has also taken out a lease and the shareholder! intend starting work on a large scale. Next week will see a great many of the claims in good working order, and I shall not be surprised to hear of some valuable finds being made.
