This day. The following is the proportion of shares agreed upon by the meeting of delegates appointed to settle the dispute over the favorite piece of ground at the north east of the Prospectors:—Morgan and party including Col. Fraser 15 abates ; Mclntyre, Ferguson and party, 13 shares; the Belmont, Austin and party, 3 shares ; the Nonpareil, Scott and party, 6i shares; the Edison, 1\ shares; while Paltridge and party get one share. It is said that two discoveries hare been made, one not far from the Prospectors, and thought to bo the main reef, for it is four feet thick and good stone has been taken out. The Warden advised the individual who reported the find to go back and see that his pegging out was according to the Act, for upon the fact becoming known there was sure to be a rush. Some of the stone was brought to the Warden and gold was plainly deacernable in it.
