NAPIER.
This day. The Supposed Murdgror of Miss Dobio. Stanuavd. who has been arrested on a charge of murdering Miss Dobie was a resident ia Napier two years ago, when he followed his occupation as horse breaker. Those who know him speak of him as a quiet, sober and exceedingly well conducted man, little likely to be guilty of an offence such as that with which he is now charged.
