The International Regatta.

London, November 19.

This morning the drawing for the eight competitors in the two heata of the Inter* national Begatta, to be rowed to-day, resulted as fellows:—

Fiest Hba.t—Wallace Boss, Hosmer, Eiley, and Nicholson. Secokd Heat—Laycock, Trickett, Hawdon, and Smith. Yesterday afternoon. Yesterday's Rowing.—Trickett out of it. The first heat in the Begatta today was won by Wallace Boss, with Hosmer second. The second heat was won by Laycock, with Smith second. ; ,.

In this heat a foul took place between Trickett and Smith, and the former was thus put out of the race. London, November 18. • A very severe snow storm has failed in Scotland.

Calcutta, November 18. > News has been received that a revolt of the native tribes has broken out in Cashmere. London, November 18. The first four heats of the international regatta were rowed today on the Thames in the presence of a large number of spectators. The following were the results: —Ist heat—Laycock, 1; Hanlon, 2. 2nd heat—JVallaoe Boss, 1; Biley, 2. 3rd heat—Hosmer, 1; Smith, 2. 4th heat—Trickett, 1; Nicholson, 2; The defeated oarsmen are Elliot, Banier, Largan, Feley and Gibson, Anderson and Clasper, who do not compete further. Two more heats will be pulled to-morrow (Friday), and the final contest will take place on Saturday. Vienna, November 18.

2000 persons have fled from Agram in consequence of the earthquakes. The Austrian Government makes a loan ot 50,000 gulden to the town for its restoration, and 1800 workmen are already engaged in rebuilding the public buildings and residences which hare been destroyed. '
