Public Notifications PUBLIC JSOTICE. mHE NEW GOLD MINING DISTRICT •* at TE AROHA will be PROCLAIMED as OPEN for OCCUPATION on and after THURSDAY, the Twenty-fifth day of November instant, at 9 o'clock a.m. Miners' Rights and Business Licenses can , be obtained at the Warden's Office, Grahams* ] town, from the 20th met., and will be on isaue at the Warden's Office, Te Aroha on and after MONDAY, the 22nd instant, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and four o'clock p.m. „ One man'B ground will be 15,000 square feet, and the maximum area that can be pegged out is five acres (about fifteen men's , ground.) . ! The Warden will be on the Prospectors' ground to declare the District open for occupation at 9 o'clock a.m. on the 25th instant. AH disputes arising as to priority of right will be determined by him on the ground if possible. Business Sites have been laid off, and can be applied for on and after the opening of the field at the Mining Registrar's office, Te Aroha. The Hauraki Regulations will be in force at Te Aroha with the alterations named below. Te Aroha will be declared a SPECIAL LICENSING DISTRICT.
