HI ABBOTT will give a Grand Dis- • tribution of Prizes on the Annual Meeting of the Auckland Racing Club (to take place on December 27,1880, and January Ist and 3rd), on a new and improved principle. THB PLAN IS AS FOLLOWS: ALL THE HORSES IN ALL THE RACES OF THE MEETING that are or shall be nominated on the day of general entry will be thoroughly mixed together and drawn for by the shareholders. There are twelve different races, and large prizeß will be given to the first, second, and third in each race, this will give Thirty-Six Chief Prizes from £200 to £20 each, leaving good sums to be divided among starters and non starters in eaoh race. The total numbers of horses entered may be put down at TWO Hundred; therefore, as each horse will get a prize there will be about TWO HUNDRED PRIZES FOR DISTRIBUTION. i Please add exchange to cheque and two stamps, for reply and reault.
