Notwithstanding the consent given by the Albanian chiefs to the cession of Dulcigno, the citizens are rebelling against the decision, and- ask that a month's delay may be granted in which to undertake the surrender.
Dervish Pasha, the Turkish commander, refuses to grant any further delay, and threatens to use force to make an immediate transfer of the town to Montenegro. Vienna, November 12. Further severe shocks of earthquake have been experienced at Agram, which has suffered most terribly. Half the town has been completely destroyed. London, November 13. The Channel Squadron has arrived at Cork. A land agent has been murdered at Limerick. The Homeward mails, via Brindisi, were delivered in London to-day. . St. PKTEBSBUHa, November 13. TRIAL OF NIHILISTS. The Nihilists who have besn put upon their trial for the Winter Palace explosion have received sentence. Five have had sentence of death passed upon them, and eleven are sentenced to various terms of labour in the Siberian mines. Seven are recommended for mitigation of punishment.
