Athens, November 6. Coumondouros, President of the Minis* try, in asking Parliament to-day to grant credit for increased armaments in accordance with the policy announced in the Sling's speech at the opening of Parliament, declared that it would be suicidal for Greece to recede from the position she had taken up in reference to the rectification of her frontier.
