The nave of the Exhibition was crowded? with visitors. Many of the foreign and intercolonial Courts were closed, including those of' New Zealand, Queensland, and Germany. The picture gallery was not accessible, but sufficient room was left to provide' ample entertainment for the visitors. The j affair altogether was.considered a great: success. It is stated that Mr Munro, one of the. Commissioners, removed the barriers in front of the New Zealand Court, declaring that all such obstructions were unlawful, j The Queensland Court had a notice—' " No admittance except during the hours of daylight." The Austrian Band attraots an audience of 10,000 at Friday's performance. They gave great satisfaction,- and most of the Courts were blocked wfth visitors. The attendance generally at the Exhibition was much more satisfactory,, principally owing to the musical attractions, which previously had been much neglected. On Saturday, 12,000 persons paid for admission..
