The above Brigade competed on Saturday at the Native Bang*. The prises > being the diamond ring, presented bj Captain Wildman (final competition), also ' Mrs Quint's prise. For second claas shots, a handsome doable album, presented by Mr C. McLiver, to be won by the highest aggregate of the two competitions* It will be seen,by the scores appended that the top score was made by the old veteran P.O. Armstrong, thus counting once winner of Mrs Quint's prise, whilst' Seaman J. Cameron, an old shot, carries off the diamond ring; ' In the second class Seaman Tati (native) heads with 44 points, , closely followed by Seaman H. pavies with 42.
