MINT.

Some days ago I chronicled the cutting of the Comet lode and in doing so pointed out the ad visibility of pushing on the cross-cut, and endeavoring to cut the Port Waikato lode before starting operations on any of the reefs cut. The matter was referred to the directors, and they have deoided to start driving on the Comet lode. A start at this work was made yesterday.
