This day. The Golden Fleece Quartz Minfng Company at Heefton cleared up on Saturday with a result of 10690zs 18dwts retorted gold from 932 tons quartz. A dividend of Is per share has been declared. * In the R.M. Court today Mr James Mackay ruled that a Justice of the Peace could sit and act in conjunction with the E.M. under the Extended Jurisdiction Act.
