Heavy importations of gold are taking place to New York from England and France. , . In the House of Commons the debate on the Supply Bill took place on (he 26th and 27 th. Lord Harrington insured the Irish members they were mistaken if they supposed they could wring pledges from the Government by obstructing the Supply; finally the proposal of Mr Parnell was adopted, to vote Irish Estimates after the recess and the Constabulary Estimates on Monday. An Indian Kami Cbundar, long a resi* dent of St. Petersburg, and a relation to Nana Sahib, is en route to Afghanistan to meet Abdul Rahman. It is suspected he is concerned in Russian intrigues. Precautions are being taken against the expected resistance to certain evictions in the West of Ireland.
