H. ALLEY V. HOHEPA KAPENB. Claim, £5 10s, amount of judgment summons. - The defendant said he was destitute arid unable to pay. He expected money from the sale of land at Ohinemuri, but had been disappointed. If he had money he would, pay. Mr Brassey asked that the case might be adjourned for 14 days.
