For services performed by coach no stage shall exceed twelve miles, except by special permission from the Postmaster-General, who shall determine whether or not longer stages are unavoidable." Contractors, whose tenders may be accepted, must be prepared to carry out the services for which they tender according to the time-tables framed by th« Department!
