WELLINGTON.
This day. Dr Lemon last night received the following message:— " The Sorata has great deal of cargo out, and it is in good order. There is, however, much water in her. The weather is still fine. The water is now between decks, except in the fore-hold, where'the cargo is undamaged. The rigging is being dismantled, and the general opinion is that it is hopeless to expect the vessel will be got off.' 1
