WELLINGTON.
This day. At the hospital enquiry last night a report was drawn out to be submitted to the Colonial Secretary, recommending that immediate action be taken with reference to the reorganisation of the staff. It is probable the result will be made known in the course of a day or two.
The Eangatira wrecked at New Plymouth was uninsured.
Dr Lemon has received the following cable from Adelaide :— " Diver has examined bottom of Sorata, and reports small hole port side. Getting cargo out* After-hold and bulk heads all more or less damaged. Wiod increasing."
