CALEDONIAN.
Colors of gold continue to be seen in the winze near the junction with the No. 5 lode. The quartz taken from the No. 3 lode at No. 2 level looks well. Altogether the present appearance of the mine "is satisfactory, and rich gold at any moment is quite on the cards.
