Thisday. A letter has been"received by the Sec. of the New Zealand Commission of the Melbourne Exhibition to the effect that all the gentlemen who are either members of the Legislature or belonging to the New Zealand Commission for the Melbourne Exhibition will be entitled to free passes to the Exhibition, and visitors, free passes over all the Government lines of railway upon their arrival in Victoria..
