In consequence of the pressure brought to bear by the Great Powers, the Turkish Government has taken firm steps for the settlement of t£^^Albanian Montenegro difficulty. It was arranged a fortnight ago to send a force ef 2900 men against the Albanians/ but AH lnza Pasha has how been ordered to proceed' with 40,000 Turkish troops to Dulcigno on the Adria« tic to enforce the surrender of that port and surrounding districts to Montenegro, in accordance with the decision of the Great Powers.
