AUCKLAND.
This day. Fatal Railway Accident, A brakesman employed on the Kaipara Railway fell off one of the trucks at Waikawiti this morning, and the wheels passed-over his legs fracturing the thigh of one and nearly tearing off the foot of the other. He was taken to the hospital and died at noon. His name is John Kenny, but was known as Joseph Talbot. He was an unmarried man.
