Kelly is generally respectful in his deameanour in court. He takes a scarlet lined opossum skin rig into the dock with him, and appears to be afraid of the least draught. When visited by ftfr Foster, P.M., he said he .did not cate whether he lived or died, but that he would like to save or serve some of his friends first, the inference being that be has a plant * some where in the ranges, and would like to let it be known to his sitten.
