Fbom our telegraphed report of the Parliamentary proceedings last night it will be seen that the Special Committee of the House have reported on the now famous petition for the removal of Mr Kenrick. The gentleman who ; brought' up the report (Air Fisher, member for Buller) strongly reprobate dv the making of. such grave charges as those contained in the petition without substantiating them by evidence. Mr Fisher's^ strictures are just, and the petitioners may take the flattering unction, to their souls—that in futile'ly ~ endeavouring to --injure"' Mr Kenrick they 7 have only ■ succeeded in making fools of themselves.
