The following is the list of the new Ministry submitted to His Excellency the Governor by Mr Berry, Premier:—Berry, Chief Secretary; Smith, Minister for Education; J. B. Patterson, Minister for Railways; W. McCabe, Treasurer or Attorney-General; E, Richardson, Minister for Lands; G. D. Langridge, Minister for Public Works; H.E. Williams, Minister for Mines; A. F. Clark, Commissioner of Customs, and. others unfitted.
A verdict of temporary insanity has been brought in against Greer, who, a few days ago, shot his wife and a Frenchman named Saudrie at the Opera House through a fit of jealousy.
Professor Pearson, and Mr Robert D. Eeid, member of the Legislative Council, will join Mr Berry's Ministry without portfolio.
