His general seed supplies are procured from the best sources, the requisitions being for the very best obtainable in all 'cases, without restrictions as to price and with some necessary exceptions their germinating quality is efficiently tested before supplying to his patrons. He could, in many cases, more easily procure at lower rates, and Bell accordingly ; but an extensive experience has convinced him that the course he pursues is for the benefit of his customers, and he trusts to meet with their approval, support, and recommendation, as heretofore. He has on hand, and to arrive an excellent and varied assortment of seed of all descriptions. He is now sending out a sample of Perrenial Bye Grass, weighing 281bs. to the measured bushel; the finest procurable in England and of perfect germinating quality. As also a choice assortment of English grasses, which are much required in our permanent pastures; a mixture of these for field purposes and another for fine lawns are prepared. His facilities for supplying Nursery Stock of all kinds, as heretofore, are good, and he has an unequalled stock of Fruit Trees, in 2 to 5-year-old fruitful trees, in many lines. A superior stock of Seed Potatoes in over 20 kinds. A fine collection of Flowering Bulbs, good and reliable Mauures, and all matters pertaining to the business. Collections of Vegetable and Garden" Seeds for large or small gardens at 10a, 20s, and 40s; Flower Seeds at ss, 10j, 20b, and 40s■; Conifer beeds at 20a," 40s, and 60s.
