The City of Sydney arrived at 10.30. She left 'Frisco on July 4th, a day before ' the time, and was detained four hours off the Island of Oahu. Thick weather on the 23rd; strong S.W. gale. Passeogers —For Auckland : Miss Longmore, Mrs Moore, child, and nurse, Bey. Mr Anderson, Messrs Hunt, Reefer, Wills* Loverell, and Page.
