At a meeting of railway employees held on Saturday evening it was resolved to petition Government to rescind their decision respecting the ten per cent, reduction of salaries.
There is no sign of the Mail steamer as yet.
Mr Blair, brother of the owner of the missing cutter Three Brothers, has been making a search along the beaches of the Fort Charles district during the past week but can discover nothing. He believes the cutter was ran down.
