The reign of Mr Service in Victoria is destined to be short lived. By our Australian despatches we are enabled to give the result of the elections in Victoria up to this date. Mr Berry has again come to the front, and the numbers now stand: 45 Opposition, 34 Ministerialists. The Melbourne Ago expects that the result of elections will show Opposition 50, Ministerialists 36. How will the English papers who upheld Mr Service's Beform Bill speak of him and his reform scheme after, this in the face of this display of public opinion ?
