It is proposed to liberate 200 political prisoners in St. Petersburg, and 4000 throughout the Empire, and relieve k 11,000 from surfeillance. The Ironclad Peter the Great will be added to the Bussian fleet in the Pacific Ocean . News from St Petersburg confirms the report of the sentence of Chung How, late Chinese Ambassador to the Bussian Court. He will be beheaded.
