The inhabitants of Tararu are in great glee. The Borough, after an almost interminable delay, have at last commenced the formation of the footpath on the Tarp a Road. The inhabitants of that pleasing suburb will no more have to wade through the mire as of yore, but will be able to walk dryfooted into Grahamstowu. Now that the North Ward has been accorded justice, the other Wards of the Borough should, iv a'l fairness, be attended to, as also Waiota' i Creeh.
