Mr Whihiker said the i...egula.vL7 (which had been much exaggerated) had been committed by the Otago volunteers on their way home. A Court of Inquiry was now sitting, which would report in a few days. • , THE NEW ELECTOBAL BOLLS; Dr Pollen's motion for a return showing how many electors had been added to the rolls by the new laws was cerried. The mover said he should hare something to aiy on the subject when the return was presented.
