The Key. Mr Atterbury alias Cornock, was again brought up this morning to answer to the various indictments against him. The charge of larceny as a bailee is now being proceeded with.
Joseph McNamara deposed' to having given prisoner £10 to pay for the hire of a carriage at his wedding; prisoner appropriated £6, returning the prosecutor £4, and pretending he had paid Quick £3. ■ :• . ."■. , /■" ' ' ■■.-,. •:..'•.:,. Lateb. The charge of larceny as a bailie against the Rev. Mr Atterbury has broken down because McNamafa did not entrust him with any definite amount to pay Quick. • . •.-.;_ Latest. All charges against the so-called clergy* man, Atterbury, have broken down. Attempted Suicide. A market gardener named Pemberton attempted to commit suicide this morning by cutting his throat.
