RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT
THIS DAY. (Before H. Kenrick, Esq., R.M.) THE TWO PADDIES.
Patrick Donnelly summoned Michael Keily, for that he did make use of abusive language to him, to wit, "I'll bit you on the gob," on the Bth of May. Mr Campbell appeared for com* plainant. Mr Brassey appeared for the defendant and said that as the case had been par* tially heard, that it would not be fair to hear it again except before the same magistrates who had adjourned it.
The first information was then withdrawn, and a second one exactly similar to the first was read.
After some amusing evidence had been given, and much valuable time wasted, the Court dismissed the case, beiug of opinion that it was six of one and half a dozen of the other.
