Arawata arrived at 7 a.m. She left Melbourne on the 19th, and at 3 p.m. experienced north' winds and squally weather:—The following were passengers :—Saloon : Messrs McDonald, Del bridge, Whalen, Pecu^MoJorin, Barnetfc, 4 steerage, and 70 tons of cargo. Dunedin—Mr and Mrs Thompson, Miss Whitelaw, Mr Freeman; 2nd. cabin: Smith, Whitely, Taylor, Daly, Cargill, Sinclair, Houghton, and 8 steerage. For Lyttelton—Miss Palmer, Stocks (2), Mr Tomkin and 1 steerage. For WellingtonMessrs Addenbroke (2), and 1 steenige. For Auckland—Miss Treevs, Mr and Mrs McQuail, and 1 steerage. She sails at 5 p.m.
