!;■ The Naval Brigade competed at the range on Saturday for the prizes presented ;■ to the Brigade for competition by the following gentlemen:—Mr G. Ginn's prize of £5, which was divided into prizes for first and second class shots, and for men who had not won a prize previously. The Darling Cup was fired for according to rule, by quarterly competition, and was won for the third time at intervals by P.O. Walker. Since the pi'ize firing for this cup commenced the following is the result up to the present: —The first competition for cup was won by Thomas, then followed Walker, Hirst, Walker, and the last named again wins.
