At the Divorce Court the case of Knight v. Kuighfc, of Nelson, was heard. The Chief Justice giviug judgment suid Mrs Knight had established her case by proving incestuous adultery, and although

her conduct had not altogether redounded to her credit, the Court would grant a

decree nisi.
