MINING COMPANY MEETING.
Beueen Fabr G-.M. Co. A meeti.ig of shareholders of this projected Company was held at Auckland yesterday afternoon in the office of Mr Francis A. White, Shortland street. C. J. Stone, Esq., in the chair. The rt> es, according <o the Joint Stock Companies' Act of 1860, were passed. On the motion of Mr J. M. Lennox, it was resolved, " That the capital of the company consist of 9,000 shares at 20, each 3j paid up." The following gentlemen were appointed directors of tiie Company : Messrs C. J. Stone. J. L. Wilson, J. __. Lsnnox, Thos.
Macff&rlana, and L. Ehrenfried. Mr F. A. White, secretary. A vote of thacks to the chairman cioaed the meetiag.—-Stcr.
