Sir John O'Shannessy severely criticised the action of the Government in delaying the meeting of Parliament and condemned Mr Service's Reform Scheme, and the repeal of Loagmore's Lund Peculations, and concluded by saying that he refused to be identified with iLs Ministry. Si? Andrew Clarke is unable to accept the Agent-Generalship of Victoria in London.
